Who is the 2023 Uncharted Practice Leaders Summit For?
This event is geared toward Practice Owner and Practice Manager teams, but we know that not every veterinary practice runs quite the same way. If you are a Practice Owner without a manager, or a Practice Manager without the ability to get your owner off the schedule for a few days, this event is still open to you!

What to Expect at the 2023 Practice Leaders Summit
The Practice Leaders Summit is an experience unlike any other Uncharted event! While you can still expect workshops that will inspire you, Choose Your Own Adventure sessions that will give you space to have meaningful discussions on topics you choose, and social time to build lasting connections. Get ready to shake things up. Here’s a brief overview of what to expect:
Day 1: Practice owner and manager duos meet up with fellow attendees at our kick-off dinner event. This is where we start building connections and getting into what matters in our practices.
Day 2: Practice owners and practice managers split up to dive into content specifically for their role, then come together for a social night to relax and unwind.
Day 3: Practice owners and managers come back together in a collaborative setting to apply what they learned and set priorities for when they get back to the clinic! This portion of the program will work on building effective Ways of Working, and setting expectations for ongoing communication and accountability.
