By registering for UVC 2018 Conference or Get Shi*t Done 2018 Conference, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policy: A $50 processing fee applies to all conference registration cancellations.

• 11/1/17 – 12/23/17 – 100% Refund
• 12/24/17 – 2/28/18 – 50% Refund
• After 2/28/18 – No Refund
Get Sh*t Done 2018 Registration Refund Dates
•11/1/17 – 4/23/18 – 100% Refund
• 4/24/18 – 8/27/18 – 50% Refund
• After 8/28/18 – No Refund
**Transfer (Substitution) Registration – $25 Fee
*** UnchartedVet charges a $50 processing fee for registration changes that affect name badges and CE forms.
**** If you are unable to attend Uncharted or Uncharted: Get Sh*t Done, we welcome you to transfer your registration to another member of your practice. We ask that transfer requests be done in writing by emailing us. Substitutions will not be allowed after 2/28/2018. A registrant who wishes to transfer a registration to another person must do so in writing. Registrants who do not have this documentation will be required to pay the full registration fee. A $25 transfer fee applies to all transfers.
UnchartedVet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any event. In that case, UnchartedVet shall refund to you all registration fees it has received from you for this event but shall have no further obligation to you of any type, whether monetary or otherwise. Please note that refunds will not include expenses paid for hotel, airfare or any other travel expenses incurred in conjunction with planning to attend the UVC or the Get Sh*t Done conferences. Accordingly, UnchartedVet shall in no event have any liability to you and shall have no other obligation to you of any type except as expressly stated above. Such right of termination shall not be unreasonably exercised. UnchartedVet is not responsible for errors or omissions on the website or promotional materials.
