By registering for Uncharted 2020 Conferences, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policy:
A $50 processing fee applies to all conference registration cancellations.
UVC April 2020 Registration Refund Dates
• Before 12/23/19 – 100% Refund
• 12/24/19 – 2/28/20 – 50% Refund
• After 3/1/20 – No Refund
Uncharted: Practice Owner Conference 2020 Registration Refund Dates
• Before 3/1/20 – 100% Refund
• 3/2/20– 4/30/20 – 50% Refund
• After 5/1/20 – No Refund
Uncharted: GSD 2020 Registration Refund Dates
• Before 6/1/20 – 100% Refund
• 6/2/20– 8/30/20 – 50% Refund
• After 9/1/20 – No Refund
**Transfer (Substitution) Registration – $75 Fee
*** If you are unable to attend an Uncharted event, we welcome you to transfer your registration to another member of your practice. We ask that transfer requests be done in writing by emailing us at admin@unchartedvet.com. A registrant who wishes to transfer a registration to another person must do so in writing. Registrants who do not have this documentation will be required to pay the full registration fee. A $75 transfer fee applies to all transfers.
UnchartedVet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any event. In that case, UnchartedVet shall refund to you all registration fees it has received from you for this event but shall have no further obligation to you of any type, whether monetary or otherwise. Please note that refunds will not include expenses paid for hotel, airfare or any other travel expenses incurred in conjunction with planning to attend a UVC event. Accordingly, UnchartedVet shall in no event have any liability to you and shall have no other obligation to you of any type except as expressly stated above. Such right of termination shall not be unreasonably exercised. UnchartedVet is not responsible for errors or omissions on the website or promotional materials.
Hotel Refunds
