By registering for an Uncharted event, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policy:
A processing fee of 10% of registration applies to all registration cancellations.
REFUND DATE SCHEDULE:
- 100% refund up to 8 weeks prior to the event start date.
- 50% refund in the form of credit toward a future Uncharted event or membership fees up to 1 week prior to the event start date.
*** If you cannot attend an Uncharted event, we welcome you to transfer your registration to another member of your practice. Any transfer for a member-only event must be given to another Uncharted member in good standing. We ask that transfer requests be made in writing by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A registrant who wishes to transfer a registration to another person must do so in writing. Registrants who do not have this documentation will be required to pay the full registration fee.
A transfer fee, 10% of registration paid, applies to all transfers.
Uncharted reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any event. In that case, Uncharted shall refund to you all registration fees it has received from you for this event but shall have no further obligation to you of any type, whether monetary or otherwise. Please note that refunds will not include expenses paid for hotel, airfare, or any other travel expenses incurred in conjunction with planning to attend an Uncharted event. Accordingly, Uncharted shall in no event have any liability to you and shall have no other obligation to you of any type except as expressly stated above. Such right of termination shall not be unreasonably exercised.
