Practice Manager Summit 2024: Smooth Sailing: Team Conflict Management
When conflict arises within a team, most managers have learned that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to handling it. That’s because different teams (and team members) have different styles of communication and of conflict, each with their own unique needs to resolve them. In this workshop, Stephanie Goss will guide you through 5 different strategies to handle conflict, how to “type” your team’s conflicts, share how to distinguish which conflict is healthy and which is not, and give you a toolbox of techniques you need to successfully resolve them. As we would say on the Uncharted Podcast, let’s get into this!
