Being a team lead is such an exciting and rewarding position. As veterinary medicine evolves, team leads are taking on greater roles and responsibilities. You get to be the motivator on the floor, the teacher, the mentor, the coach, the cheerleader…and of course a key leader in the practice.
Whether you have just made the step into a team lead role, or have been there for a while, you’re probably looking for support and guidance from others who have been in your shoes. The Uncharted Team Leads Summit on November 8, 2023 is a 1-day, virtual event that will bring you together with other team leads to connect and navigate that challenges that come with this unique position.

Uncharted’s Team Leads Summit is a brand-new, immersive 1-day virtual event designed to connect team leads and help them tackle the challenges unique to their role in veterinary practice. Kick off the day with an inspiring general session, learn from some of the brightest minds in vet med, and then dive in to gain exactly what you need with a discussion-based format to create game-changing connections for your career. This Summit features interactive workshops and Choose Your Own Adventure sessions, a signature of Uncharted events. *This program is applicable toward the continuing education requirement for the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) program offered by the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA). 5 hours.
*This program has been RACE approved for 3 hours of non-medical continuing education credit in jurisdictions which recognize RACE approval.
Attendees must attend a minimum of 75% of the live-distance approved sessions to receive CE credit.
