NEW WORKSHOP!

Join Stephanie Goss, a veteran veterinary practice manager and current Director of Community Development for Uncharted Veterinary conference for a 3-part class on how to set up a successful onboarding program within your hospital.

We will cover onboarding in 3 parts:

Module 1 will be the paperwork side. We will cover the basics of HR from a legal and practical perspective and help you create a new hire process that will make sure all your bases are covered when it comes to the paperwork (even if you go digital)!

Module 2 will be an office hours working session to ask your questions and keep the great work going!

Module 3 will cover the human side – how we can best integrate new hires into our practice cultures and our teams so that they are set up for success in the long run. We will look at how to provide on-the-job training that actually teaches the skills needed to do their jobs as well as how to make it fun when adding someone new into the mix. In the middle, we will hold an open office hours session, where you can bring your questions and challenges to discuss with the group!
