That’s a big question. Definitely review our conference web pages to get all the insight, but briefly… Uncharted is all about taking the perfect number of the brightest, most enthusiastic veterinary business/communication/marketing geeks in the world and putting them all together in a tiny, swanky hotel with incredible food, a fanatical focus on getting them to know each other, a 15:1 attendee to instructor ratio, and educational topics that are more advanced than traditional vet conferences. We pump in enthusiasm, energy, and an attitude that anything is possible.
This Conference is for anyone who is ready to make a change in their practice.
No. Uncharted Members have priority. Registration works in stages. First, current Uncharted Members will have the chance to register. If attendance does not fill up then will we open up registration to the public. However, to attend you must purchase an Uncharted Membership.
When you register for an Uncharted Online Membership, you'll be added to our Facebook Workplace Community and you'll be added to our Community email list. You will also be given access to our Knowledge Library in Workplace. You can start taking courses immediately and meeting your colleagues in the online group. Webinars, challenge groups, books for the book club, office hours, etc., will all be announced in the Workplace group with plenty of time for you to be involved however much you would like. Registration is $899 per person. It includes the opening night dinner and reception, most meals and daily snacks. Attendees are encouraged to explore downtown Greenville and make reservations at one of the many fantastic local restaurants when possible.
The conference hotel is the Westin Poinsett located in the heart of beautiful downtown Greenville, SC. You can find all the information you need about booking the hotel here.
Guests will have access to the Lobby Level of the hotel, restaurant, and fitness area.
Guests will not have access to any of the secured meeting spaces. Due to the restrictions and small size of the event, we are not able to issue guest passes for this conference.
The dress code for the conference is business casual. Bring a jacket for indoors as well as outdoors. The hotel can get chilly!
Should Uncharted need to cancel the event to protect the health, safety, and welfare of its members, registrants will be notified immediately.
