In high school, she seized the opportunity to become a kennel assistant and over the next 22 years, she spent time in every role on a veterinary team, from poop scooper extraordinaire to medical director. She's seen the best and worst of the pet-care universe. And now, she's on a mission to prove that despite decades of change since Herriot’s time, one core tenet remains: Client relationships are the secret sauce of veterinary medicine.
