We have a packed schedule for you this year and we don’t want your workout plan to suffer. In addition to the Westin Fitness Workout Center (open 24/7) and the easily accessible Swamp Rabbit trail, we are offering exercise classes Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Francis Marion Room.
Friday at 6 a.m. (we know it’s early, but you’ll love it!) Dana Meske, a certified yoga teacher with over two years experience will be leading a full flow yoga 45 minute class. Wear comfy clothes and bring a hotel towel or travel yoga mat if you’re a yogi devotee.
On Saturday at 6 a.m. Katie Berlin will get our hearts racing with a 45 minute BollyX cardio dance class based on Bollywood dance styles. You don’t need to know how to dance to have fun. All levels welcome and you can expect lots of sweating.
Wake up early Sunday (6 a.m.) and enjoy a full flow yoga class with Dana to get you recharged and ready for your journey home. This will also be a 45 minute class. Don’t forget your towel!
Run Run Run
For runners (or walkers), the Westin offers an easy way to stay active and explore your surroundings with a three-mile RunWESTIN™running route, designed in partnership with New Balance®. Every guest is welcomed back with a fresh towel and cold bottled water. Printed maps are available at the front desk and at the WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio.
