Practice Owners and Managers, are you ready for a workshop to kick start 2021?

Is this the year you tackle creating a foundation of culture for your organization? Do you want to have a practice mission/vision/values that do more than just look pretty on your wall? Do you want to have the right people in place on your team so that you can move forward in the same direction this year? Do you feel lost with what metrics to use to figure out what success looks like, let alone whether you are improving over past performance? If the answer to any of these questions is YES, this is the workshop for you.

This is an INTENSE two-day course on strategic leadership and high-level practice planning, taught by Dr. Andy Roark and Stephanie Goss.

The objective of this course is to provide practice owners and managers with a strategic foundation on which to grow their practice in the next 12 months.

This workshop can be taken independently by a practice owner OR practice manager, however, the best recipe for success would be hospital leadership teams taking the class together. This will enable you to set an agenda for follow-up meeting(s) to tackle taking the lessons you learn with us back to your practice and working on the nitty-gritty.

The workshop will take place Saturday, January 9th from 11 am – 6 pm ET, 8 am – 3 pm PT

Sunday, January 10th from 11 am – 6 pm ET, 8 am – 3 pm PT.

This is a live, interactive workshop. For each session, you will need to have your own computer and have video and audio available. We will be asking all participants to join us on video and we will be sharing intimate information about our practices, so we ask that no participants join the session(s) from the floor at their practice. We want to help you succeed in getting the most out of this workshop so we ask that you carve out the time to work on your business, not in your business during the workshop.
