LIMITED ENROLLMENT: Strategic Planning (THIS CLASS IS FULL!)
This is an INTENSE 4-week course on strategic leadership and planning taught by Andy Roark and Stephanie Goss. Please do NOT join this course as an active participant if you will not have 3-5 hours per week to devote to lecture, discussion, homework and exercises. The objective of this course is to provide practice owners and managers with a strategic foundation on which to grow their practice in the next 12 months.
This class will be made up of FOUR 90-minute lectures, and FOUR 60-minute office hour sessions. There will be a Workplace group for ongoing discussion. Please think carefully about whether you are able to keep up with this schedule during this four week run – we want you to get the most out of the class! If you would like to participate LIVE with us in this class, we will be taking a maximum of 30 members.

WEEK 3 – January 28, 2020 (Office Hours: February 2, 2020) If You Can’t Measure It: Managing with metrics, establishing KPIs
WEEK 4 – February 4, 2019 (Office Hours: Feb 9, 2020) Here We Go: Goal setting, action steps, delegation, pursuing priorities
