If the shipping address you provided with your order is incorrect, the items can be shipped to you once an updated address is confirmed (reshipment costs apply).
Exchanges: Please place a new order to secure the item(s) you want, and return your unwanted item(s) per the following policies.
Returns: Returns are accepted on full-priced items within 30 days of original purchase. Purchases of sale items are final sale; sale items are not returnable for refund/exchange. If your return is approved we can issue a refund or store credit.
Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unstained, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, odor-free – with original tags attached and intact.
To Make a Return: To return your order within 30 days of purchase, please email email@example.com to begin the return process. Using your order number and US shipping zip code, you will be able to start the process. For international returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 1-4 weeks for it to be processed. Please be aware that there may be an additional waiting period from your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
Store Credits will be issued as a coupon code and will be delivered to you via email.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit 1-2 photos with your claim to email@example.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
Returns that meet the requirements for timeframe and condition are processed and any refunds/credits due applied within 1-4 weeks.
Returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above will not be refunded/credited nor will they be returned to you.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. If returned, orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
There is no return drop-off.
