The two-day workshop will take place Saturday, November 14th from 11 am – 6 pm ET, 8 am – 3 pm PT, and Sunday, November 15th from 1 pm – 4 pm ET, 10 am – 1 pm PT.
In this session you will learn to:
- Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress, and how you solve problems.
- Improve working relationships by recognizing the communication needs of team members.
- Give and take feedback within your team structure.
- Coach your team and teach them how to coach one another on an ongoing basis.
- Run effective team meetings, standups and leadership meetings.
- Use technologies in the clinic to help improve communication.
