After you register for the conference, you will receive a link in your confirmation e-mail that you will use to submit an image of your vaccination card. All vaccination cards must show that you have been fully vaccinated no later than November 24 to be granted access to the conference. You will need to submit your vax card before you arrive at the conference. We will not be verifying this information onsite.

Protocols at the Westin change often. Currently, guests who have not been vaccinated are asked to wear a mask. For social distancing reasons, the hotel airport shuttles are not running.

Guests will have access to the Lobby Level of the hotel, restaurant, and fitness area.
Guests will not have access to any of the secured meeting spaces. Due to the restrictions and small size of the event, we are not able to issue guest passes for this conference.
