I was sick of going through life on auto-pilot. In order to get out of that lifestyle, I had to figure out what I really wanted out of life, what is important to me and how I want to spend my time here on earth, in this one body and one life. They help me prioritize what I want and need to do. They guide me in decision making, both big and small.
