About The Uncharted Practice Owner Summit 2024

Everything you do is watched and judged by the staff and clients. Failures and missteps never go unnoticed, and no one feels this more than the owner. At the same time, the rewards of having something that you own and take responsibility for can be immense.

For practice owners, there is no better decision you can make than to surround yourself with an active network of other practice owners running innovative, nimble businesses across the United States and Canada.

The Uncharted Practice Owner Summit is designed to create this network, get you working together with other owners on the challenges that your business faces today, and provide insight on topics that support your specific ownership goals.

Join us to re-energize your passion for veterinary practice ownership, work toward your specific goals for your practice at whatever stage you are in your ownership journey, and collaborate with a supportive network of other practice owners with shared experience!

The Program

DAY 1 THURSDAY, December 5

The Uncharted Practice Owner Summit kicks off at 5 PM ET with the Uncharted team leading the whole crew in some fun and games. In true UVC style, we will break the ice, get to know one another, and set the stage for the weekend's practice ownership journey. 

DAY 2 FRIDAY, December 6

Grab a UVC friend you haven't seen in a while (or maybe a new one you hit it off with opening night) and get a bite to eat in downtown Atlanta. Don't forget to fill up your coffee cup before we kick things off at 9 AM, because it's time to get settled in and get to work!

The general session, workshops, skill-building activities, and Ask The Expert panel sessions will fill the day and your brains with new ideas, tips, and tricks to level up your ownership game.

DAY 3 SATURDAY, December 7

Are you ready to take the new insights and skills you absorbed this weekend and roll up your sleeves to dig deeper? We are! So, again, grab that caffeine, it's time to work on your practice.

Our last day together is jam-packed with large and small group activities, discussions, and hands-on working sessions to help support your practice goals. There will be plenty of opportunities for networking, coffee chats, and hallway conversations to share knowledge and build relationships with fellow attendees!
