Appreciation – motivate your employees by speaking their language!
Taught by Tracy Sands
Appreciation is what bonds your employees to your practice and what motivates them to be their best selves! In this 3-week course, you will learn the important (but often overlooked) difference between recognition and appreciation. Employees express and receive appreciation through 5 very different languages. You will learn how to recognize and speak each of these languages in our first week. Once you have a solid understanding of these languages, you will assess yourself and your team in order to understand how to best get your appreciation across to them. We will meet again to create an appreciation plan unique to your team and you will have the opportunity to see it at work! As we put our appreciation plans in action, we will observe the outcomes and come together one final time to discuss our wins and opportunities. At the end of 3 weeks, you will have at least 3 new ways to be sure that your employees understand what their value is to you!
